Who we are

What we process

Only the data you send us yourself: your name, organisation (optional), email address, the topic you choose and the content of your message when you use the contact form; and your name, email address or phone number and message when you contact us by email, WhatsApp or phone.

Why, and on what basis

To answer your request and, where relevant, to discuss a possible pilot, research or business collaboration. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to requests, or steps you ask us to take before a possible agreement. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

How long

We keep your data as long as needed for the conversation or collaboration. Requests that do not lead to a collaboration are deleted at the latest 24 months after the last contact, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Service providers

The website is hosted by our hosting provider; form submissions are stored in the website’s database and forwarded by email. Our email runs on Google Workspace. If you contact us via WhatsApp, WhatsApp (Meta) processes that message under its own terms. These providers process data on our behalf or under their own responsibility, as applicable.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Only technically necessary functions are used.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict its use, or object to it, via info@33cleanfeed.nl. You can also file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
